Knocktify – Terms of Service
Welcome to Knocktify! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Knocktify’s website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Knocktify (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using Knocktify, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Knocktify, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using Knocktify on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
2. Eligibility
Knocktify welcomes everyone — there are no age limits and no religious restrictions. Our goal is to make meaningful reflection and connection with the Quran accessible to all, regardless of background or belief.
3. Account Registration
- You are responsible for providing accurate contact information.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- Knocktify reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
4. Services
- Knocktify helps users connect with the Quran through gentle WhatsApp reminders, reflections, and interactive recitation circles.
- Services may include both Free and Premium plans, with features and access varying by plan.
- We may introduce, enhance, or discontinue certain features or plans at any time to improve user experience and platform sustainability.
5. Payment and Subscriptions
- Premium plans are billed on an annual basis, providing uninterrupted access to all premium features.
- All payments are securely processed through Paddle, a globally trusted payment platform.
- By subscribing, you authorize Knocktify to charge the selected plan amount on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.
- You can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle, and your access will remain active until the current period ends.

7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use Knocktify for illegal purposes.
- Harass, impersonate, or interfere with other users.
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse our services.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Knocktify is provided “as is.” We are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or accuracy of notifications.
9. Termination
- We may terminate or suspend your account for violations or inactivity.
- You may also cancel your account anytime via your dashboard.
Privacy Policy
At Knocktify, your privacy is important. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
1. Information We Collect
- Minimal Data Collection: Knocktify operates entirely through WhatsApp and does not collect or track personal information such as device details, IP addresses, or usage analytics.
- User-Provided Information: We only receive the information you voluntarily share during WhatsApp interactions — such as your phone number (provided automatically by WhatsApp) and any messages you send to the Knocktify.
- No Third-Party Tracking: We do not use cookies, analytics tools, or advertising trackers. Your data stays within WhatsApp and is used solely to provide the Knocktify experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve Knocktify services.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To send important notifications or updates.
- To prevent fraud or misuse.
3. Sharing Your Information
- We do not sell your data.
- We may share with third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors) strictly for service fulfillment.
- We may disclose information if required by law.
4. Cookies & Tracking
We may use cookies for analytics and improving user experience.
5. Data Retention
Personal data is retained as long as necessary for service operation, compliance, or legal obligations.

We implement reasonable measures to protect your data, and take all possible measures to ensure your data stays safe.

Refund Policy
- Free Plan: Not-Applicable.
- Premium Plan:
Annual subscriptions: A 14 day no questions asked refund policy is in place, you can claim a full refund within 14 days of payment.
Refunds beyond that time period may be considered but are provided at the sole discretion of Knocktify and on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. Knocktify will refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour that entitles Knocktify to counterclaim the refund.
This does not affect your rights as a Consumer in relation to Products which are not as described, faulty or not fit for purpose.
